We will process your order in 24 houses after you paid.then we will supply you a tracking

information.Once your order is despatched, you will receive a notification email.Our Participator

is  Fast Door to Door Delivery. It takes 4-7 working Days after shipping that they delivery the

package to your address.  Sometimes there might be some inevitable delay during the

delivery. So please make sure the size and the right delivery address completely.

Shipping Time

Total delivery time include two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 4-7 working days.But we can't promise your exact time.If you still have other questions.Please contact our customer sevice.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our product,you must contact us within a week.All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e.not worn,altered or washed,with all tags attached.You should pay the shipping fee and we will charge you 20% of your order amount as our restocking fee.

If the parcel reached you,but you would not want to sign on it and the parcel returns to us,we will charge you 20% of the order amount as our shipping fee.If the order returning to us cost us so many shipping fee,we would choose leaving the parcel not return to us,then we will charge you 50% of the order amount because we lose the shipping fee and the item.

Attention: Please don't send faulty goods back without discussing with us. It is very hard for us to handle a package without any necessary order information.Please confirm all items are included in original box.
